What is NLP? Neuro Linguistic Programming, an art and a science, the codification of why we do what we do and how to create compelling change.How I use and teach NLP is with the emphasis that we are whole and complete already. This is not about 'fixing' though more about reconnecting to that authentic self within.
How does NLP differ from regular coaching? Contrary to regular coaching, NLP dives in deep and creates change at a unconscious level. I see NLP as somewhere between coaching and hypnosis. Many coaches and therapists have trained in NLP over the years as they have desired additional skills and understanding of the unconscious mind and have found NLP and hypnotic language incredibly useful for creating change.
The unconscious mind is the domain of the vast majority of our behaviour, if we only create change at a conscious level, that's where self-sabotaging behaviours and failed goals come in. Combining all the skills that are used in these 1:1 sessions we can tend to mind, body and Soul.
What is Hypnotherapy and how does is work? Our mind naturally functions at different brain waves at different moments, Theta being a natural form of hypnosis. This is often when we are relaxing, just upon waking up and going to sleep. Using a mix of NLP with Ericksonian Hypnotherapy where you are in a relaxed (yet aware state), positive beliefs can be more easily embraced, creating a shift at a deep unconscious level. Combining this with the added practical and somatic practices that embodiment coaching and NLP can offer you can create a profound shift.
What is Embodiment Coaching and how does it different from regular coaching? By stepping into the embodiment of what you desire through simple and effective tools you can create quick and lasting change. This is much more than just breath and body posture or language - learn how to BE calm, how to BE confident at a deep somatic level. To get to know who you are being right now, and who you truly ARE within, creating shifts with simplicity and practical step by step processes. Can I gift a session or pack to a loved one? Absolutely! In order for that I need the receiver to know and agree beforehand as they need to be willing to do the coaching.
Is this for everyone? If you continue the victim role and want someone else to magically remove all sources of pain without you having to lift a finger this is not for you. These sessions do require some input and commitment from you, and with that notice how the results can be even more satisfying knowing that you helped to make the change! My aim is to EMPOWER you into change, teaching you life skills that you get to keep.
What happens if I need to cancel a session? If you need to cancel a session that you have booked and paid for please give 24 hours notice. Any cancelled session that does not meet this becomes a full paid session.

Do you diagnose anxiety or prescribe medication? No, I am not a clinical therapist. I'm a NLP Trainer, embodiment coach, hypnotherapist and Numerologist. Complex cases will be referred to a trusted therapist. I work with milder cases only and I specialise in helping people to transform their relationship with anxiety itself.
