A wake-up call came when I realised I didn’t love myself enough. People pleasing, emotionally abusive relationships, weekly panic attacks and anxiety. At the time, I didn’t treat myself the way I would treat someone I love and I denied myself my own creative voice.
Through NLP, art, dance, hypnotherapy and a wide variety of other healing modalities I dived inwards, got to know myself deeper, reconnected to myself and the emotions I was feeling. I started to value the power of creative expression, and uncovered the powerful messages that stress and anxiety can bring. This is a daily practice of reconnection, though thanks to all the tools I've learnt along the way - panic and anxiety attacks are now a thing of the past.
Over the last 13 years I’ve developed my skills (more about my qualifications here), and I’d love to support you on this journey too.
